Beta - Email missing pictures

I recently installed Outlook 2003 Beta. My e-mails are
missing "pictures"(graphics) ((I understand that this
feature is designed to save download time.)) When I right-
click one of the + signs in the message to try to
download the accompanying pictures, I do not get a choice
to do so. How can I change this so that I can download
the accompanying pictures/graphics (either automatically
at the time I receive the email, or by right-clicking on
the received message and then choosing "download
pictures)?

You should get this option when you click on the bar under the subject.
