Beta delete recovery

Microsoft website states that if Beta indavertently
removes any programs, you can easily get them back.
Does anyone know how to do this, Microsoft does
not?

Hello Larry:
Have you try this?

1. From the main screen, or any of the screens with the
toolbar, click the Security Agents icon or menu option.

2. On the top right of the screen, under the Take me to...
section click Blocked Events.

3. A list of all items that have been either disabled or
blocked is displayed. Select the item you would like to re-
enable or unblock and when the item appears in the right
details window click Reactivate Item. This restores the
item to its original state before it was deactivate.

4. To restore multiple items that have been disabled or
blocked, select each item and click Reactivate All Checked
Items at the bottom of the screen.

5. After you reactivate an item you should restart your
computer to ensure that the restored application runs.

If you've chosen to quarantine items, they can be recovered from quarantine.

Deleted items are not recoverable

What the web site says is "if you inadvertantly remove any programs, you can
easily get them back." Frankly, I would say this is misleading. If you are
running Windows XP, you can use System Restore to bring back executable code
which is removed in error. However, this facility doesn't exist in Windows
2000.
