Beta 2 not fully theme aware?

I have not loaded up my IDE / debugger onto my Vista test machine, but when
I test run my application on Vista (Beta 2) it seems to not behave in a
proper theme aware manner. It looks like Vista is not properly handling
sending or responding to one or more of the following theme functions:

- WM_THEMECHANGED
- IsThemeActive
- IsAppThemed
- GetCurrentThemeName

Any thoughts?
