Best Website monitoring software??

ANyone out there know of a good web site monitoring
software. I want to put something in place so I can
restrict what websites my users go to, and also create a
history of all the sites they go to. Please email me

This is all built in to Windows and IIS. You can use any number of methods
to restrict users' access to files and folders (ASP user auth, NTFS, etc.).
And the log files are as good a history as it gets...
