Best way to have multipled DWTs but only ONE header on all pages?

Mr. Analogy

I'm using FP2003. I know that shared borders are no longer recommended.

However, I'll probably have SEVERAL different DWT (Dynamic Web
Templates) for different types of pages (products page, article, etc.).

Each page can have only ONE DWT attached, as far as I can tell.

I'd like ALL PAGES to have the same HEADER, no matter which DWT is
applied. And I'd like to be able to change that header easily.

I'm guessing the best way is with an include page, right?

If I put, at the top of each DWT, an INCLUDE page with the header, then
I can change just the one Include page to affect ALL pages.

Any better way to do this?
