Best way to create a GUI?

I sometimes write tiny registry edits, batch scripts, etc. I'd really like
to add a graphical front-end to them to make them easier for my family
members to use. What's the simpilest "language" to do this in Windows
Vista?

How about adding it to WinBubble-Tweaking ToolBox?

You can add .exe and .bat to the button. I heard that WinBubble 1.4 supports
..reg and other file extensions. It will be release few days from now.

Or If you can write a program in vb.net or c# thats great.
