Best Way To Backup

Microsoft offers an add-in that is a PST Backup. Is this the best way to
backup my messages, folders, address book, calendar, etc.?

Best and easiest method that I have found to date. Easy to setup to do
backups automatically on a schedule. You have to exit the Outlook program to
kick the backup process into gear.
