Best way to backup Calendar

Would someone let me know the best way to back up my Calendar in Microsoft
Outlook 2003? I need to back it up and restore it in another computer with
Outlook 2003. I know to chose export but then am not sure which file format
to choose so that I don't have to choose fields to restore it. Thank you
