Best way or program, site to learn totally confused!

I have played with it but get more confused. Want to learn for editing
photo's etc. for small art business . TagErase is important so i get take
items from one photo and insert them into another.
I know Nothing! Ha! Help. Where should I begin?
 
Photo editing should not be done in PowerPoint. (It is a very long ways
from being a photo editor.) I'd suggest something like PhotoShop for this
type of work.
