That should be fine. The PC3200 will work at the slower speed.

(Please Note) After reading on HP'S website and finding out what Motherboard I'm afraid you are not able to up-date you GFX Card because that motherboard does not have an AGP socket on the motherboard.


However the RAM will still be fine to use as I mentioned before that will just run at a slower speed.

Tbh mate, i'd save your cash and buy/build a new pc. That HP thing is old and if you upgrade the motherboard you will need to reinstall windows, and i be you didn't get a 'real' windows disk from them did you?
