Hey chaps,

Here's a nice challenge for you, a "good", well, decent gaming style pc for a £400 budget. My bro is after one, he doesn't need a monitor, so that'll help. I have a few ideas, but any suggestions would be welcome.

Ta guys.

You're going to be hard pushed to get a decent gaming machine for under £400.00, this is the best Novatech do for that price.

Isys Pro 945 Dual Core

Intel Pentium D945 Dual Core 2MB Cache Processor
1024MB 533MHz DDR2 Ram
250GB Serial ATA II Hard Drive
nVidia 7600GS 256MB PCI-E Graphics
16x Dual Layer +R/-R/RW DVD burner
5.1 High Definition Audio
Gigabit LAN
Novatech Keyboard & Optical Mouse
Order Code: PC-1027

£386.67

No monitor or speakers.

It should play most games at low or medium settings but will probably struggle with the likes of Oblivion and Datk Messiah.

IMO, that is a superior machine. It won't bang out a million fps, but it seems a very good system for that price.
