Best FOnts?

I'm tired of the Arial font that is commonly used for Excel Spreadsheets.

What other fonts are recommended for printed output?
 
I like Times New Roman for big headings
AvantGarde and Courier good for the others
 
Verdana for clarity, Comic Sans MS for levity.
