Best defrag program?

What is the fastest and most efficient defrag program for WinXP SP2.
Freeware or shareware OK

The built in defrag program seems a little slow, sometimes. Does it do as
good job as paid external programs?

My personal choice is Raxco's Perfect Disk ( Version 8.0 ). I've also
used Diskeeper 10.0 and it's fine but believe PDisk is more effective
in achieving 100% defragmentation. Raxco has a trial version you can
download from their website.

It's worthwhile to read up on how to do both an Off-line and On-line
defrag session.

While you can get "better" results with either Raxco's Perfect Disk or
Diskeeper Corp's Diskeeper, the in built defrag works just fine. There
really is no need to pay money for a defrag utility.

Used Norton Utilities for eons until I found this one.
