Whats the best all round Printer to Buy for Home Use with special
consideration given to running costs i.e cost of consumables ink
refills
Brand and Model appreciated

I am also looking for a good fax machine too.

Go to Best Buy or Curcuit City and shop around and avoid sales hype
they try to push on you. The first thing to remember when shopping
for a printer is the cost of the ink cartridges. Next, check out the HP,
Canon or Epson printers and stay away from Lexmark. You can check
the latest copy of PC World magazine to see the ratings for printers,
cameras, PCs, laptops, monitors, etc. Next, if you buy a new printer,
make sure to read installation instructions and do NOT connect it to
your PC. Most require software installation first before connecting and
when to turn it on.
