There's no ban functionality that I'm aware of, even if it might be a good
idea. I don't really need to buy WoW gold, for example. =)
There is as likely noted a filter that picks up spam, personal attacks,
off-topic postings and deletes those.
Since many people use the web front-end, it is unreasonable to expect people
to need to use a kill-file.
