Belarc advisor - reinstall hotfix KB823559

I have just ran Balarc advisor and it's telling me that I
need to reinstall HOTFIX KB23559.

Do I have to download it again or can it be reinstalled
from the system?

Unless you explicity downloaded and saved a copy, you'll have to download
it again. Windows Update will probably think it's already installed and
not offer it as an option. In that case you'll need to go to the Windows
Update Catalog and search for it.

Jst noticed before I download it.. KB 823559 is a hotfix
for Win98 & Win982ndEd. Do I still need it with Win2000?

Update..

I have downloaded and installed the hotfix. evertything
seems okay at the moment.
