Being bumped off a certain Webpage everytime I try to access it si

When I log on to: TSP.gov and proceed to access my account I am bumped of the
net with a brief warning so quickly that I cannot read what the error message
is saying.
Internet Explorer closes and I have to re-launch Explorer again to continue
surfing on other webpages. I am using Windows Xp Professional, IBM R40
Notebook, 1 GH.....I don't know how to fix this problem. Can you help me?

What's your Internet Explorer (IE) version?

Is this a sudden, new problem or one of longstanding? In other words, have
you ever been able to access your account at http://tsp.gov/ before?
