Behaviors (Borders and Shading)

I am currently using the behavior borders and shading to change the backround color behind the text on my navigation menu. The problem is that it flickers so bad between cells that it hurts my eyes and doesn't look so appealing

Any direction or advice would be much appreciated

I only get a slight flicker when I intentionally move the mouse slowly between cells.

Also the home page link is incorrect on the Visions page. It points to default.htm instead of
index.htm and returns a 404 error.

Did I miss what you originally asked about? What I saw seemed almost unnoticeable to me unless I
intentionally tried to make it happen.
