BEG BUDGET NEED TO TRACK EXPENSES AND HAVE A BALANCE V/EASY

i need a basic excel table it needs a beginning balance for FY-06, a date,
vendor name, a price for the item and the items needs to be subtracted from
the beginning balance or last balance, like a checkbook, very easy.
