Beeping Keyboard

Installed Xp Home on older Dell Laptop (CPiA 366XT w
128Mb Ram and most recent Bios). After operating system
for a few minutes in a normal fashion, without an event
occurring, suddenly the keyboard beeps with every
keystroke! I've checked accessibility options and sound
options, all ok. If I reset Bios defaults, system will
work normally for a few minutes then revert to beeping
keyboard! Checked Device manager and found six devices
sharing IRQ9! Thanks in advance for any ideas. Barry

Run System Info (msinfo32.exe) and check Hardware Resources >
Conflicts/Sharing or Forced Hardware to see if you have a problem.
