be able to Tag emails and then search by Tag

Outlook is a nightmare - not the software, I just have too many emails. It
would be awesome if you could tag a group of emails and then just search the
tag. It then would not matter where an individual email was you could find it
quick and easily. Then you could have kind of a virtual folder setup.

Monk,

Did you try "In-cell editing"? This way, you can add a "tag" to the subject
and create a Search folder (a virtual folder) that would populate with
specific e-mails (criteria would have been specified).

yes - i know. but it needs to be simpler; like right click > add tag.
