BCM2007 suddenly can't autolink old messages to Contacts

All of the sudden attempting to autolink old messages to a new contact
doesn't show up under the contact. The only think that has changed is that I
installed the new BCM service pack.

Running Office Diagnostics doesn't show any problems.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Deancon,

1. Is the e-mail address in the contact valid? If the e-mail address is
invalid, none of the e-mails will show up in the history of the business
contact.
2. If it is valid, is e-mail auto-link disabled by any chance?
3. If you open a new business contact, by default, email autolink button is
disabled until you save the contact.
