I doubt that it is BCM that does this. Can you post exact steps to reproduce
this behavior for us please?

Hi Leonid, Its imposible to read your website text, perhaps you should
consider a font larger than 2.
When I open my BCM to read email sometimes a blank word document appears
instead of BCM, after delating the word doc every thing works perfectly
untill you send emails out, i have had complaints about sending a picture
that is part of my signiture template? secondly if i update a client in bcm
and click save nothing hapens and most of the menues do not work, the only
thing that works is the top right hand X then i am asked if i want to keep
the changes.
If i could only do what the program says it will do i think it is a verry
powerfull database. i have tried remooving NAV, i have totally rebuilt and
instaled all my system you name it.!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for your interest in
helping

That still does not sound like a BCM issue, but rather some strange 3rd
party Outlook add-on is in conflict.

I am sorry that you couldn't read the text on my site. Try setting your
browser text size settngs to Medium (View -> Text Size -> Medium). I am
aware that there is a problem with my site on Smaller and Smallest settings
at this time. That's a CSS issue that will be resolved shortly.

I can probably make your Outlook behave correctly fairly quickly. My contact
information is on my website.
