BCM Reminders

I have flag contacts in Outlook 2003 BCM and I do not get
the reminder when the reminder windows open. I have
noticed that when I flag a contact in the regular contact
folder I get a gray box telling me the reminder just
above the name field. However, in BCM I do not get this.
Does anyone have any ideas?
