BCM options/menu does not show

I have Outlook 2003, an MS Exchange Server account and have installed (and re-installed) the BCM Module. Searched high and low in Outlook options and menus but still could not find ANY reference to BCM. Please help.
 
You can't use BCM with an Exchange profile. This is only possible if you are
running Small Business Server 2003 and have a patch installed on th client
computer for BCM.

I have installed BCM and the patch and I still can't get it to work. Can
someone walk me through this? I am running Office 2003, and Exchange 2003 on
a Small Business Server 2003. I tried setting up 2 different profiles but
that doesn't seem to work either.

done. If something can be done, we ought to be honest and say so. It's up
to the user to decide if they want to take on the risk of an unsupported
configuration, "unsupported" meaning that Microsoft PSS won't bail out you
or your data if it doesn't work.
