BCM not installed with Office 2007 Small Business

Business Contact Manager is supposed to be a part of Office 2007 Small
Business, but it did not install. I tried reinstalling, but it did not help.

Any news about this?
I have the same problem and no one have posted a solution to this problem
(have searched google web and groups). Some answers guess there should be a
second download file when downloading the trial version, but there was only
one.

I had the same problem with the trial version of Small Business 2007.
Everything related to BCM was grayed out. Maybe this functionality was
disabled because of its "trial" nature - or maybe it was just a bug.

I read that Outlook could be disabled if you have a previous version on your
computer, but that was not the case for me. Outlook 2007 installs and works
fine, but there was no option to install BCM, not even a grayed option.

I, of course, am having the same problem. I have emailed support, called
support and know one will answer a question. I have spent way to much time
trying to figure this problem out. The BCM is the one feature I want to try
before buying. I've started looking at other products. I guess if no one
helps soon, I'll buy a different software. Too bad microsoft doesn't have
better support.

Actuall in my case the support turned out to be excellent. Maybe just good
timing on my part, but if you download the trial version, DOWNLOAD2, it now
does indeed contain the BCM service. They changed the file included and it
now appears to be working as expected.
