BCM max users/network setup

Have a client that uses BCM 2003 on an XP Pro computer as a (Server).
We're going to move them to an actual server for better file sharing/
permissions control and a backup for the network. Most of the users
are familiar with BCM and I am
not. Can you install it on a network and have it shared among the
network of about 10-14 people. Can users be setup with different
permissions such as read-only or full read/write to the bcm database?
And if so can you point me in the right direction on the setup or what
to look out for. Also what about keeping an offline copy and it re-
syncing when it connects back to the network for some mobile users

Thank you in advance for any suggestions

Mousemen:

Most of the answers to your questions are Yes, assuming you move them to BCM
2007.

The one No is for users having different permissions -- it's either all in
or all out.

Check out the BCM Team Blog ( http://blogs.msdn.com/bcm/default.aspx ) for
instructions on using a Database Tool to create a db on an SBS Server and
using SQL Standard.

HTH,
Lon
