BCM Form error

I have just installed BCM and am not able to create new Accounts or
Opportunities. I get the same error messages in both cases. First, "Could not
load an object because it is not available on this machine." And then when
the form tries to open "Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize
this form."

I have cleared the forms cache. Any suggestions?

You can try the following:
1. Try removing and reinstalling BCM.
OR
2. Please check if you have Office 2003 Service Pack 1, if not then please
download it from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...F61-837E-5F938254FC47&displaylang=en#filelist
Also check if you have BSDM Service Pack 1, if not then please download it
from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...89-46ac-4a27-b4c7-be05723d53e5&displaylang=en
OR
3. If simply clearing the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps
