Outlook won't pick up BCM after re-install

I'm running MS Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager on all of my
machines. BCM is working fine on all the computers except for one. It
was giving me an error message that said "Business Contact Manager was
unable to initialize this form", so I uninstalled and then re-installed
BCM. BCM is now installed and enabled, but Outlook won't pick it up.

Help?
 
Goto Help menu --> About Microsoft Outlook --> Disabled Items and make sure that BCM is not listed there.

In case BCM is listed there, Click to Select BCM and then click on the Enable button.

Try adding a new database file through File --> New --> Outlook Datafile --> Business Contact Manager Database.

WOW!! I have been trying to figure out this issue for a long time. All
day today. That was the ticket. I am a developer and somehow when I
installed SQL Server 2005 everything got all whacked out.

Thanks a bunch. I knew I could find the answer here!!
