bcm folders !!!

I am not able to see the various BCM folders in the left side ... i mean in
the folder list .. however if i go to the business tools n then click on
accounts or something else... they are brought up. What should I do to get
the BCM folders in the left hand side?
 
Click on the Folder List icon at the bottom of the navigation pane. BCM
folders are contact and task folders so they are not visible in Mail view.
