BCM is so new that we don't have a lot of troubleshooting history so far. Therefore, if you get errors during setup (or any other time) or if BCM does not load when Outlook starts, you may want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request.

FYI. I have the same experience as Kevin almost daily.
I have used the "detect and repair" function on
the 'help' menu; sometimes it works, sometimes it
doesn't. If it doesn't work, I usually repeat and it is
repaired - 'til the next time.
