Help with BCM

Im using Office 2003 with BCM. This morning when I double click a contact
(in category view) I get a error saying "Array index out of bounds" BCM then
opens up a window which I don't want...ie the window that I want to see had
all my notes, tasks, phone logs etc is not shown instead it looks like the
standard window from address book. How do i get my normal window back that
shows all my activity to that particular conatact?
BTW I tried reinstalling BCM but still the same fault.

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
