BCM Crashes On Install

T

Triniti

I had BCM installed before and had to redo my system on a formatted
hard drive. Now when I try to install the software it gets all the way
to the end and crashes my computer by making it reboot.

I can' uninstall BCM because it never actually finished the install and
is not show in my Add/Remove list. When I run Outlook it tries to
attach to my profile then it crashes again. Actually it crashes whether
or not Outllok is running and this never happened until I tried to
install BCM.

Everytime I try to reinstall it crashes and I can't remove the software
off the system.

When it reboots it says that "The system has recovered from a serious
error. The even viewer states the following which happens right around
the crash.
