I want to personalize a mass bcc email that will show the
name of only the recepiant's name in the "To:" field when
they receive it and not the rest. Is there a way?

You can use Mail Merge from within Word for this. This also allows you to
personalize other stuff like the Greeting for the message.

Unless I misunderstand your question, putting all your recipiencts in the
bcc field does what you want. Each recipient receives a mail to him or her
("to" field) and is unaware of all of the other addressees.

Sadly this is not always the case. When leaving the To field blank and only
use the BCC field will mark the message as spam on some mailservers. A
workaround for this is to put your own name in the To field but then the
message isn't "personal" anymore. As a mailmerge creates individual messages
you won't have this problem but sending will take longer.
