BCC Rule

I am trying to create a rule for any message in which I
BCC myself on the email. However, I cannot find where
Outlook has a rule to do on messages that arrive with
certain criteria in the BCC field. Does anyone have any
suggestion on how I can manage a message arrivals through
rules on a message in which I BCC myself?

You don't mention your version of Outlook - but what about where the sender
is you and your address is not in the To or CC fields?
