BCC Field

When you creare, forword or reply, the To: and CC: buttons appear, how do
you make the BCC: button ALWAYS appear. thanks in advance, cww//
 
Depends on your Outlook version and editor, which you have decided not to
tell us.

In the compose window, click View and check "Bcc Field". Outlook will
remember.
