Bcc: Blind carbon Copy bringing mail system down??

Dear All , I sent a letter asking a group that when they
sent bulk email letters that they use the 'Bcc', which
they did but they claimed that this below happened , Can
any one explain if this is possible just by using Bcc????

by "Bcc" to avoid spam and viruses and did exactly that
and it brought down my hotmail completely. I have since
been unable to reply to any incoming mail from my hotmail
account. It may be a compliance issue with an older
version of Internet explorer I'm using however the timing
was as outlined.
 
Using Bcc will not cause problems like this. The timing of the person's
problem is just coincidence.
