Battlefield 1942

Having problems with internet conection so I can play
Battlefield 1942. I can't find anywhere in this program to
make sure computer knows it's OK. No problems with
internet explorer or email. Any ideas?
 
Is BF 1942 in the exceptions list in the SP2 firewall (if
you have that installed)? You can try uninstalling MS
Anti Spyware and seeing if that resolves the issue. I
have not yet tried playing BF since installing MS-AS, but
I am curious to see now. What is happening exactly? Is
the game just not connecting? Or Just getting bad pings?
