In CF, use SNAPI, the State and Notification Broker.

Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Status.SystemState - see the Power* properties. On
older devices you have to P/Invoke the relevant APIs.

Heh, we both said the same thing, but it sounded *so* different.

Mex, there's further information on page 577 of that *great* new book
"Microsoft Mobile Development Handbook", available from all good
bookstores!

For Windows Mobile 2003 devices, I believe I used Peter Foot's InTheHand
Mobile library. Worked like a charm
