Battery runs out and when i resart there is now toolbar on my desk

can anyone heklp with this,

i am using a laptop, and always shut down using hibernation mode, therefore when i restart i dont have to wait for the whole pc to power up, its all there, however occasionally i leave laptop on battery , the screensaver comes on and if i am not there and battery runs low when i retsart there is no taksbar at the bottopm of my desktop

anyone have any idea how to get it bacv?

It is a built-in safety factor within the laptop. When the battery starts to get low
some of the programs running are shutdown to protect it. One of the first items
to go is the taskbar, screensaver, wallpaper and finally your OS (Operating System).
