Batch Updates of Data

I have a contacts database that I use for marketing my business. I send bulk
letters out to my clients and want to be able to update the record of
contact for each of my clients signifying that I have written to them on a
given day.

Is there an easy way to do this in access 2002?

There's a way to incorporate a method for dating a record. What's your
current method of sending out letters? Do you send them out one at a time
via a Macro maybe? 'Cause if so you can add an Update Query function to that
same Macro. Let us know, so we can give you the best solution to your
specific situation.
