Baster patch and getting service pack updates problem

When I try to download service pack updates or get install
the blaster patch I get a message that I am missing
a DLL

NTDLL.DLL:strStr

I'm running window millenium edition

can someone provide me a clue as to where I Can get the
DLL I need so I can get upgraded service pack and also the
baster patch to Install

You don't need this patch.
Windows Millenium Edition isn't affected by the RPC vunerability.
