Bars appearing under Address Bar

Can anyone PLEASE tell me what all of these bars are that start appearing
under the Address Bar when I go on certian sites??? How do I get rid of them
for EVER? I can click on them and drag them up, however, they keep coming and
I have to keep stacking them up.GUUUURRRRR............. Thanks, Traci

Right click an open area in IE, and uncheck the toolbars you don't want.

these bars are blank, I dont know what they are called, M.E. didnt have them.
