Barcode Software Package That Incorporates The Best With Excel

I am looking for a barcode program which will take all the entries in my
excel database and make a scannable barcode that will hold all the
information that is stored in my excel entries. Example my entries in my
excel database consist of the following:

Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number

I would like something that would interface with excel to produce a
barcode for each entry.

There are 3700 entries and I would like for the integration to be able
to generate a barcode for each record in the database so the can be
printed.

Any help would be appreciated. The integration software to generate
barcodes should be very user friendly not looking to spend hours to
create barcodes. Please Help and Thanks Alot..........
