If you're talking about a horizontal bar chart, just change the scale of the
X axis.
If you're talking about a vertical column chart, just select the plot area
and drag it to the left.
Or are you talking about something different? Like, if you have blank areas
at the end of the X axis, select those columns in the data sheet and hit
Ctrl+X to actually cut the columns from your plotted data. Or double-click
the column headers to hide the data columns.
