Bank Screen

I was setting up to mirror the screen on my monitor to my television. Was
having some trouble and moved the view on my monitor over. Somehow I hit the
accept on the prompted window and now I can not see anything on my monitor or
my tv. So, i restarted Windows XP, it goes through the startup then I get a
blank screen. Can any one help me fix my goof?

Boot to Safe Mode. F8 on restart , during the 'black screen ' that's after
the BIOS screen.
