"Balloon" text incorrect

I don't know what the proper name for these things is, but
you know the little balloons that pop up when you pause
the cursor over a button? In Internet Explorer, when I
pause the cursor over some of the buttons in the toolbar,
the balloon pops up, but the text in the balloon isn't the
right description for that button. I've looked in "Help
and Support" and couldn't find anything about how to
change it. What can I do??

Ok. On the links toolbar. The link I have for Yahoo!
Games. When the description pops up, it has the correct
web address, but the title is the title of a website I
visited last week. I think I'll just delete the link and
make a new one and see what happens.
