Balloon Notification Tips

Hello,

I have an app which was able to stop balloon notification
tips.
I'm running a slipstreamed XP SP RC2 Beta
installation.The application successfully disabled the
balloon notification tips the first time I reformatted
and cleanly installed the slipstreamed O.S.
However,I had to perform a reformat/reinstall yesterday
due to a hijack (long story)

Suddenly,the app can't disable the BNTs anymore.Is there
a reg value I can set to stop them instead?
