Ballon Tips "pop" but don't display.

Hi:

I can hear my balloon tips "pop" but they do not display. No info in Help &
Support except how to turn them off comletely. How can I reveal these
balloon tips?

Hi Mark,

The balloon tips can be enabled and disabled using Tweakui. Install
Tweakui and go to Task and Start menu, then check to enable, or uncheck
to disable the balloon tips.

Microsoft PowerToys - Tweakui for WinXP: Ver. 2.10 requires WinXP SP1
and later
http://www.microsoft.com/WINDOWSXP/home/downloads/powertoys.asp

TweakUI can be accessed from Start - All Programs - Powertoys for
Windows XP

Thanks. I am embarrassed!!! I have tweak and I had checked it twice for the
setting but somehow missed it. LOL
