Bad_Pool_Caller

I need some help figuring this out.. I have just replaced
my motherboard and processor and i am trying to reinstall
Windows XP... But the problem is when it goes through the
installation of XP it stops during installation of devices
and comes up w. a blue screen w. Bad_Pool_Caller error...
dumps physical memory and starts over. Any help would be
great.

Would flashing the bios fix this problem?

Having the latest BIOS installed may cure the issue.
